My name is Victoria Nevers i am a BSY qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher based in and around Sale, Cheshire. I offer weekly classes, monthly workshops and relaxation evenings, as well as 1-2-1 and small group sessions. My classes are mainly of a traditional Hatha yoga style, although i do run Stretch and Stengthen, Pilates, and a unique Yoga-Lates class!
All of my classes are perfectly suitable for all ages and abilities, especially beginners. I teach in a student led style, with lots of adjustments and equiptment available to aid you if necessary, no pressure to deepen a posture or work harder. I teach a range of people in my classes from 20 year old runners to retirees who have never tried yoga before. All classes are relaxed fun and completely non competitive, however if you feel unsure about a class setting please get in touch and we can arrange a 1-2-1 session to help prepare you!
Yoga is brilliant at any stage of life to aid flexibility, range of motion and body alignment. It can also give us the tools to relieve and reduce stress, fight depression and navigate our way through the pressure of everyday life!
Pilates is a great way to strengthen and stabilise the core of the body, aid posture and improve general wellbeing.
Yoga-Lates combines the best parts of Yoga and Pilates so you can enjoy all of these benefits in one session!

Workshops are also on offer for you to enjoy, often covering the sides of Yoga that don't always get attention in a class setting. These workshops allow us to explore deeper anything from; Sound in Yoga (tibetan bowls, tingshas, chanting, healing sounds), relaxation, meditation, balance, koshas.
Further to this i run a monthly relaxation evening; this candlelit session is all about relaxtion, gentle movement, breathing exercises and a blissful 45 minute Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious sleeping, we completely relax the body while keeping the mind aware, allowing us to reach the inner consciousness. 45 Minutes of Yoga Nidra is as good for the body as 4 hours sleep!! This class is always on a Sunday 7:30-9:00.
